Here's a sweet card that's sure to lift someone's spirits! For this project, I've used the Ice Cream Kids. I've used oranges, blues, and yellows for the color scheme. The hairbows were created using some twine (always a handy craft item). To make the sentiment stand out, I've added some twine around it also.
