Happy Halloween!

Scrappy Thursday and Happy {early} Halloween!

Today I am sharing some cute Halloween tags I made for treat bags for all my kids' friends!

I have used "Halloween 3D Accents" and just punched a hole in the side to make the tag.

These are only some of the treat bags, as I have close to 100 to make, and only some of the accents in this file! Lots to choose from, so it makes it a very versatile file to have!
