Flowers:  Paint with Gesso and then spritzed them with some blue ink.
Butterflies:  Cut a stencil from an old X-ray with your cutter, then chalk the stencil.
Flourish.  I used the rhinestone feature on my SCAL program, cut a stencil and then marked with a pencil where I wanted to put the tiny pearls. For this file I used Fancy Flourish
