Santa Card

Happy New Year's Eve LSHD Fans! Today I want to share with you one final Santa Christmas Card that I made. To create my card I used the Adorable pattern Lil Santa that you can find here:  http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_1449/Lil-Santa.htm . I know Christmas is over, but this little guy was just too cute to not make a card with. First I made the card base out of basic shapes in Design Space. I then uploaded the Lil Santa pattern and sized the image to fit my card base perfectly. Once I was happy with my design, I then cut out all of the pattern pieces  in plain, glitter, and patterned card stock with my Explore.  Next I inked and chalked all of the paper edges to create dimension and shape. I then assembled everything and attached it to my card base. To finish I added some glitter enamel dots, and then added the highlights with a white paint pen. Thank you so much for stopping by. I wish you and your family a Very Happy New Year! LSHD DT Mindy

Planner Paper Clips

Hey All!! As I mentioned last week, here are the planner paper clips I created for my Disney journals. I used "Magical 3D Accents" and adhered them to jumbo paper clips. I even created a pouch for these clips in each journal, on the inside cover of them. So that they are store in a perfect place until I'm ready to use them. Thanks for stopping by!!! ~Jen

Christmas Train Layouts

Happy Monday!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!  Today I want to share with you 2 layouts I made, one for each grandchild.  Both Grandma's took the kids to ride the Mt. Rainier Scenic Christmas train.  We had so much fun as my grandson who is 2 LOVES trains and this was his first time on one.  Let me tell you was he ever excited.  They got to see Santa on the train, but as you can see there is no picture of my grandson with Santa as he would NOT go near him. LOL!!  The files I used for these layouts were http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_1447/Christmas-Train.htm   and http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_1226/Stuck-on-the-Housetop.htm     I hope you enjoyed my projects.   ~DT Dana

First I uploaded the pattern into Design Space. Next I deleted the parts that I did not want to use for my tags and then ungrouped the pieces that I wanted to use. I then layered the tags exactly how I wanted my tags to look. Next I duplicated the image and then selected my duplicate image and selected weld. That gave me a shadow layer for my tag base. Next I welded a small tag hole attachment to each of my tag bases so that I could easily hang my tags as either ornaments or present name tags.
