Halloween Cookies Treat Bag

Good Morning Everyone! Today I want to share with you a Halloween Cookies Treat Bag that I made.

I used the Adorable file Halloween Cookies that you can find here: http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_1414/Halloween-Cookies.htm. To create my treat bag first I uploaded the pattern into Design Space and sized it to fit my treat bag perfectly. I then sized a rectangle to frame my image and add some contrast to the background. Once I was happy with my design I then cut out all of the pattern pieces in plain and patterned card stock with my Explore. Next I inked and chalked all of the paper edges to create dimension and shape. After that I used Glossy Accents to cover the frosting areas of the cookies and then sprinkled glitter on top. Once the cookie pieces were dry, I then assembled the pattern and attached it to my treat bag. To finish I added all of the highlights with a white paint pen. Thank you so much for stopping by and have a fantastic day! LSHD DT Mindy

I used Little Scraps of Heaven Design's Zoo Critters Vols 1, 2 & 3!! Loved how these adorable animals turned out, and piecing them together was a cinch!!! They are too CUTE!! Click on the photo for a larger view!

Giraffe

 Lion... hear me Rawr!

Grizzly Bear

Monkey

Walrus

Zebra

Here's all the gang together....
If you haven't noticed, I used flat chop sticks adhered to the back of them, allowing them to sit perfectly on these mini diaper cakes. The diaper cakes were rolled by hand and I'm so thrilled that they came out perfectly round and there was no trouble having to roll them!

That's all folks... enjoy the rest of the week!! Thank You for spending a part of your day with us! Aloha!!!

Built Boy Tough Layout!

Happy Monday!!  Today I have a cute boy layout to share with you.

I created this layout using the file Built Boy Tough and you can find it here:
http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_338/Built-Boy-Tough-Collection.htm

I had a lot of fun working with this file.  I cut the file as is and added some brads for the buttons and white stitching on the overalls.  Its kind of hard to see but I added glossy accents to the hammer head and the wrench.  This layout is also my take on the current sketch challenge.

Thanks for looking and have a great week!

Splish Spash Water Park Layouts

Good morning and happy Monday!!  Today I am sharing a couple of layouts I made for my grandkids scrapbooks.  I kind of skipped around making layouts and I had not done this one yet.  I asked Tricia for a Spray Park file and I love what she came up with!!

I used the file Splash Park Fun and you can find the file here: http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_1375/Splash-Park-Fun.htm
I resized the file a little smaller so I could fit all of the piercings on one page.  I created my own title using the Silhouette software.  If you look closely I have put glossy accents on all the water drops.  Also my granddaughter has a flamingo bathing suite, so I found some flamingos on Google and printed them on white card stock so I could cut her suit out of that paper!!!

Well Thanks for looking and have a crafty week!! ~DT Dana
