Spread a Little Luck Card

Good Evening LSHD Fans! Today I want to share with you a St. Patrick's Day Spread a Little Luck Card that I made.

To create my card I used the Adorable pattern Spreading a Little Luck that you can find here: http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_1493/Spreading-a-Little-Luck.htm.

To make my card first I uploaded the pattern into Design Space. I then sized the image to fit my card base perfectly. Once I was happy with my design, I then cut out all of the pattern pieces in plain and glitter card stock.

Next I inked and chalked all of the paper edges to add dimension and shape. I then assembled everything and then attached all of the elements to my card base. To finish I added rhinestones and white highlights. Thank you so very much for stopping by and have a wonderful day! -LSHD DT Mindy

Easter card

Happy Monday!

Today I have an Easter card to share with you using the file Bunny in Egg Shape Card and you can find this file here http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_1489/Bunny-in-Egg-shape-card.htm

I used regular card stock to make this card and then embossed the bunny with the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder and the egg with the Swirls folder.  I also used glossy accents on the nose and stickles on the small eggs.  I think I may make another one and use the textured paper to see which one I like better.

Thanks for looking and have a crafty week!

X's and O's Hedgehog Scrapbook Page LO

Aloha and Happy Tuesday!!! This past weekend, the LSHD DT held a Facebook HOP. If you were blessed to be a part of it, you would have seen all the pretty paper pieced projects that were created for this hop.  This was what I created for the hop!

The cut file I used is called "X's and O's Hedgehog". I made a scrapbook page LO this time around, because it has been a while since I've done so. I decided that I'm going to start making my layouts more like the Project Life templates. So easy to put the layout together when I've got them laid out like this. So hopefully, I'll be putting more LO's together in the future.

Thanks for stopping by!!!

Hugs n' Blessings,
Jen

Box of Chocolates Mouse Shaped Card

Hello LSHD Fans! Today I want to share with you a Box of Chocolates Mouse Shaped Card that I made!

I used the Adorable pattern Box of Chocolate Mouse that you can find here: http://www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com/item_1271/Box-of-Chocolate-Mouse.htm

To create my card first I uploaded the pattern into Design Space. I then layered all of the images together exactly how I wanted to paper piece them. Next I grouped the image and then duplicated it. With the duplicate selected, I hit weld to create a shadow base card layer. After that I duplicated my shadow layer one last time and then mirrored the second image. I then put both shadow layers next to each other and just slightly overlapped the edges so that my card would have the perfect amount of space for the card to fold. I then selected both shadow layers and welded them together. Afterwards I added a score line to the part I wanted to fold. To do this I selected the card layer and the scoreline and then hit attach.

Once I was happy…
