Johnson's Shutins

Hello there, it's Monday again!  Today I'm sharing a page that was so much fun to create!
For this page I used two patterns At the Beach & Lemonade Stand.
The rocks & grass are from the At the Beach pattern & the trees are from t he Lemonade stand.

For my page I got out my watercolors & just started painting.  I used watercolor paper to cut out all  my pieces so that I could get the paper all wet & it wouldn't curl up too much.  It did still curl but it's fine now that it's in a page protector.
This is my beautiful granddaughter.  We took her to the park to spend some fun time with her the day before her baby sister was born.  It was a gorgeous day!  If you are ever in Southern Missouri & near this park it is worth a stop!  It's so beautiful!
Thanks for stopping by our blog today!  I hope you all have a Happy Scrappy Week!

A Little Rain Must Fall

I don't know about you, but I love a good rain shower. I love sitting out on my porch swing and just listening to the rain fall. Here in Illinois, well my part of Illinois anyways, we have been greatly lacking in the rainfalls.  So when we do have a shower I make sure to enjoy it while it last. This week's blog theme is Rainy Days. Tammy Sarah Kim  Giss  Julie  Kara I hope you have enjoyed looking at all the wonderful projects our design team has made. Thanks for stopping by.
